Gourmet Burgers & Milkshakes

Taking the whole family out for an evening can be really expensive, but when you visit Don's Drive In, you get a delicious, conveniently priced meal in a warm, friendly atmosphere. We have been proudly serving the Traverse City, Michigan, area with delicious menu items since 1958.

Mouth-Watering Burgers

Our fresh made burgers are a rich source of protein, and they are made with the freshest ingredients—we get the meat for our real burgers every other day. You can add any combo of ketchup, mustard, onion, pickle, mayo, lettuce, and/or tomato. Choose from our famus sliders, 1/8 lb., 1/4 lb., or 1/2 lb. burgers all grilled to perfection. If you're looking for a real challenge, we recommend the Monster—a 3/4 lb. patty topped with your favorite condiments. It's like a hamburger steak on a bun—juicy, delicious, and well-priced.

Burgers are sold individually or in a basket that comes with fries and coleslaw.

Magnificent Milkshakes

Our delicious real hand dipped milkshakes are made with real ice cream. Try vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, cherry, or Oreo™; or one of our real fruit cherry, raspberry, or strawberry shakes. We serve small, medium, and large-size shakes. Add malt for a bit extra.

Classic Chicken Fingers

We also offer chicken fingers—all-white-meat breaded boneless chicken pieces deep fried to perfection. Three pieces come in a basket. This easy-to-eat dinner comes with french fries and coleslaw, and it won't make a mess in your car.

Healthier Options

If you're looking for a healthier option, we offer a yummy veggie burger and a lean turkey burger. We have lettuce and tomato salad, a succulent charbroiled chicken breast sandwich, and a charbroiled chicken salad.
